Along with the commitment to selling genuine products, GENAT guarantees a refund and compensation if customers can prove that GENAT sells counterfeit goods.

The fragrance products will be warranted for their scent within 15 days, at any GENAT store nationwide.

Warranty conditions:

1. The customer must have the Receipt and Warranty Certificate within the 15-day period from the date printed on the receipt.
2. The product must be intact, without any breakage, cracks, scratches, and the water content in the bottle should not exceed 5%. It should not have been externally tampered with or interfered with, and should still have the anti-counterfeit label. The box should be intact without any dents, tears, or scratches.
3. The customer must have used and stored the product correctly according to the instructions.
4. The product should be a perfume with a fixed spray nozzle on the bottle.
