To ensure the rights of our customers who are pharmacies, drugstores, and pharmaceutical businesses when purchasing our herbal lozenge products referred to as “SP,” Tinh Hoa Thiên Nhiên Company has established the following reasons, requirements, and procedures for product returns and exchanges:

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Incorrect quantity, model, or specifications of the SP compared to the order.
  2. Product defects or damages during transportation (damaged packaging, torn packaging, dirty product, etc.).
  3. Manufacturer-related issues such as melted candy, packaging deformities, packaging errors, printing errors, etc.

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS:

  1. Please contact the hotline at 090.797.3535 to report any discrepancies within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods for instructions on returns.
  2. Please take photos of the product upon receipt and when packaging it for return as evidence for future reference or complaints.

RETURN POLICY (including promotional items if applicable):

  1. For orders with incorrect quantity/specifications/models of SP, please return the incorrect quantity of SP.
  2. For products deformed during transportation, please return the affected quantity of SP.
  3. For products that have deteriorated, please return the entire SKU quantity indicated on the invoice. Please note that defective products eligible for return should not have more than 2 lozenges opened.
  4. All returned items must remain intact as when delivered by the company (not dirty, no unusual odor, no signs of prior usage).
  5. The packaging box and protective foam must be returned according to the original order to prevent damage during transportation.
