GENAT offers two delivery options to provide the most suitable choice for our customers:

  1. Giao hàng hỏa tốc (Express delivery):
  • Supported area: TP.HCM (Ho Chi Minh City)
  • Delivery partners: Lalamove, Grab, Be
  • Estimated delivery time: 1 – 3 hours
  • Order value for delivery: < 250,000 VND
  • Delivery fee: According to the app
  • Order value for free shipping: > 1,000,000 VND
  • Delivery fee supported by GENAT: For orders between 250,000 VND and 1,000,000 VND, the delivery fee is 15,000 VND
  1. Giao hàng tiêu chuẩn (Standard delivery):
  • Supported area: TP.HCM (Ho Chi Minh City) and other provinces
  • Delivery partner: Viettel post
  • Estimated delivery time: 1 – 2 days for TP.HCM, 3 – 5 days for other provinces (*excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
  • Order value for delivery: < 250,000 VND
  • Delivery fee: 15,000 VND
  • Order value for free shipping: > 250,000 VND for TP.HCM, > 500,000 VND for other provinces
  • Delivery fee supported by GENAT: For orders above the free shipping threshold, GENAT provides free shipping.

Please note that the delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Quy trình giao nhận hàng (Delivery process): When receiving the package, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the package and check the items against the invoice.
  2. Verify if the received products match the ones you ordered.
  3. Inspect the packaging and products for any damages caused during transportation.
  4. If you are dissatisfied with any of the above aspects, you can request the delivery personnel to confirm and return the items.

Please be informed that GENAT will not be responsible for addressing any complaints regarding missing or incorrect items after the customer has signed the receipt and made the payment.
